దేశం కంటే హెల్త్ కేర్ లో, జెండర్ ఈక్వాలిటీ, మౌలిక సదుపాయాలు, ప్రశాంతత, విద్య, విద్యుత్ ఇలా అనేక పారామీటర్స్ లో ముందున్న రాష్ట్రం.

Rural Household with Individual Toilets: 82.72 percent of
rural households had individual household toilets constructed
as of March 2018. The target is to have 100 percent of the
rural households with individual toilets. Thirteen States and
four UTs had achieved this target till March 2018. Andhra
Pradesh is the runner up with 99 percent coverage.

5.41 percent of the urban households
in India live in slums. Among the States, Andhra Pradesh
has the highest percentage of its urban population living in
slums (12.04 percent).
Among the UTs, Puducherry has the
highest slum rate with 11.58 percent of its urban households
living in slums. The State closest to the target is Kerala.

The number of States moving towards a monitoring framework
aligned to SDGs is increasing. Six States have either developed
or are in the process of developing a SDG monitoring framework:
Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Haryana, Jharkhand, Kerala,
and Mizoram. Andhra Pradesh leads the initiative in terms of
already implementing a real-time outcome-based monitoring
system (ROMS).

న్యూఢిల్లీ, డిసెంబరు 27 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): విద్యా రంగం మెరుగుదలలో మంచి ఫలితాలు సాధించిన విజయనగరం జిల్లా అభ్యుదయ జిల్లాల్లో ముందు వరసలో నిలిచింది. దేశవ్యాప్తంగా అభివృద్ధి అవసరమైన 112 అభ్యుదయ జిల్లాలను గుర్తించిన నీతి ఆయోగ్‌ గురువారం వాటికి డెల్టా ర్యాంకులను ప్రకటించింది. వాటిలో ఏపీకి చెందిన మూడు జిల్లాలు ఉన్నాయి. టాటా ట్రస్టు, బిల్‌ అండ్‌ మిలిందా గేట్స్‌ ఫౌండేషన్‌తో కలిసి నీతీ ఆయోగ్‌ సంయుక్తంగా సర్వే నిర్వహించి వైద్యం, విద్య, వ్యవసాయం, జల వనరులు, ఆర్థిక, నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి, కనీస సదుపాయాల రంగాలతో పాటు ఓవరాల్‌గా ర్యాంకులు నిర్ణయించింది. విద్యలో 5వ ర్యాంకు సాధించిన విజయనగరం జిల్లా ఓవరాల్‌ ర్యాంకింగ్స్‌లో 11వ స్థానం కైవసం చేసుకుంది. ఈ విభాగంలో కడప జిల్లా 19, విశాఖపట్నంజిల్లా 106వ స్థానాల్లో నిలిచాయి.
