That is good enough as long as river is running. after river inflow stops, there is another 100 TMC water in dead storage, that can be discharged through power generators and lifted through pattiseema and purushottam patnam lifts+down stream dowleswaram barrage. river level will be 14+ft if polavaram discharges more than Dowleswaram barrage can use. Once dam reaches max level 2 canals ki non-stop water pamputaru(1.5tmc+0.7tmc) Storage water mainly intended for godavari delta 1st preference and then it will be used for other places.
