sonykongara Posted December 8, 2017 Share Posted December 8, 2017 టాప్‌ లేపిన ఏపీ!08-12-2017 03:20:20 జాతీయ వృద్ధిని మించిన ప్రగతి అర్ధసంవత్సర ఫలితాల్లో అద్భుతం జాతీయ సగటు 5.8, ఏపీలో11.37 వ్యవసాయంలో 10రెట్లు అధికవృద్ధి ఫలితాలు వెల్లడించిన చంద్రబాబు అమరావతి, డిసెంబరు 7 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): జాతీయ వృద్ధిరేటు కంటే రెట్టింపు వృద్ధిరేటును ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ సాధించింది. 2017-18లో తొలి ఆరునెలల్లో జీవీఏ వృద్ధిరేటు జాతీయ స్థాయిలో 5.8శాతం ఉండగా, ఏపీలో అది 11.37శాతంగా నమోదయింది. వ్యవసాయమే కాదు, పారిశ్రామిక, సేవారంగాలన్నింటిలోనూ ఇదే దూకుడుతో, మన రాష్ట్రం టాప్‌లో నిలిచింది. ఈ వృద్ధి రేటు ఫలితాలను ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు గురువారమిక్కడ విడుదల చేశారు. రాష్ట్రం ఆర్థికంగా ఇబ్బందుల్లో ఉన్నా ప్రణాళికాబద్ధంగా వ్యవహరించామని, జీవీఏ వృద్ధిరేటులో నంబర్‌వన్‌గా ఉండేలా కష్టపడ్డామని సీఎం తెలిపారు. ‘‘మూడునెలలు, ఆరునెలలు, ఏడాదికోసారి పరీక్షలు రాస్తుంటాం. ఎక్కడైనా బాగాలేకుంటే అప్రమత్తం అవుతుంటాం’’ అని సరదాగా వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. 2015-16లో ఏపీ వృద్ధిరేటు 10.95శాతం కాగా జాతీయ వృద్ధిరేటు 8.01శాతం. 2016-17లో ఏపీలో 11.61శాతం వృద్ధిరేటు సాధిస్తే...జాతీయ సగటు 7.11శాతం మాత్రమే. ఇంతటి ప్రగతిని రాష్ట్రం అందుకోవడానికి గల కారణాలను చంద్రబాబు విశ్లేషించారు. ‘‘రాష్ట్రంలో 40గ్రోత్‌ ఇంజన్లను గుర్తించాం. వ్యవసాయం, హార్టీకల్చర్‌, అటవీ, మైనింగ్‌, హోటల్‌, రియల్‌ ఎస్టేట్‌ తదితర రంగాల్లో భారీ వృద్ధి సాధించేలా పనిచేశాం. ప్రతి నెలా అభివృద్ధిని గమనించి, తేడాలుంటే అప్రమత్తం చేశాం’’ అని తెలిపారు. తాము ఇంత కష్టపడుతుంటే కొంతమంది కథలు, కాకరకాయలు చెప్తున్నారంటూ, ప్రతిపక్షాన్ని ఉద్దేశించి విమర్శించారు. గత మూడేళ్లలోనూ ఏపీ వృద్ధి రేటులో ముందుందని, ఇలా 15-20ఏళ్లపాటు సాధిస్తే ప్రపంచంలో నంబర్‌వన్‌ అవుతామని ధీమా వ్యక్తం చేశారు. అందుకనే 80శాతం మంది ప్రజల్లో సంతృప్తి-80శాతం ఓట్లు అన్న లక్ష్యంతో ముందుకెళ్తున్నామన్నారు. ఒకటి మించి మరొకటి.. ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరం రెండో త్రైమాసికంలో జీవీఏ వృద్ధిరేటులో ప్రాథమికరంగంలో మత్స్యరంగం టాప్‌లో ఉంది. ఈ రంగంలో 43.43శాతం వృద్ధిరేటు కనిపించింది. అయితే గత ఏడాది ఇదే త్రైమాసికం వృద్ధిరేటు 52.95శాతంతో పోలిస్తే ఇది తక్కువే. వ్యవసాయ రంగంలో గణనీయమైన ప్రగతి కనిపించింది. గత ఏడాది ఇదే త్రైమాసికంలో 3.69శాతం వృద్ధి రేటు సాధించగా...ఈ ఏడాది రెండో త్రైమాసికంలో 17.44శాతం సాధించారు. ఈ ఏడాది హార్టీకల్చర్‌లో 18.62శాతం, లైవ్‌స్టాక్‌లో 12.86శాతం వృద్ధిరేటు వచ్చింది. ఫారెస్ర్టీ, లాగింగ్‌లో మైనస్‌ వృద్ధిరేటు నమోదుకావడం గమనార్హం. మరోవైపు పారిశ్రామిక రంగంలో రెండో త్రైమాసికంలో మైనింగ్‌లో 7.82శాతం, తయారీరంగంలో 7.89శాతం, విద్యుత్తు, గ్యాస్‌, నీటి సరఫరా రంగంలో 6.65శాతం, నిర్మాణ రంగంలో 5.28శాతం వృద్ధి రేటుతో వెరసి.. 6.8శాతం కనిపించింది. సేవారంగంలో రియల్‌ ఎస్టేట్‌, సంబంధిత సేవల్లో 11.17శాతం, కమ్యూనికేషన్స్‌లో 9.9శాతం, వ్యాపారం, హోటల్స్‌, రెస్టారెంట్స్‌లో 5.95శాతం, రవాణారంగంలో 6.69శాతం..ఇలా మొత్తంగా సేవా రంగంలో 8.1శాతం వృద్దిరేటు సాధించారు. ఇలా చేశాం.. వృద్ధిరేటు సాధించేందుకు పలు వ్యూహాలను అమలుచేశామని చంద్రబాబు తెలిపారు. ‘‘వ్యవసాయ రంగంలో పండ్లతోటలను ఎక్కువ ప్రోత్సహించాం. ఆక్వాలో సెకండరీ ప్రాసెసింగ్‌ చేపట్టాం. ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందిన అత్యాధునిక సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో రైతును అనుసంధానం చేయాలనే ప్రయత్నించాం’’ అని వివరించారు. రాష్ట్రం అభివృద్ధి పథంలో సుస్థిరంగా ముందుకెళ్లేందుకు ఇంకా చాలా చేయాల్సి ఉందన్నారు. sonykongara Posted December 8, 2017 Author Share Posted December 8, 2017 వ్యవసాయం బాగుంది25.60 శాతం వృద్ధి నమోదురాష్ట్ర రేటు 11.37 శాతంజాతీయ వృద్ధి రేటు కంటే రెట్టింపుమొదటి అర్ధ సంవత్సర ఫలితాలు ప్రకటించిన ముఖ్యమంత్రినిలకడైన ప్రభుత్వంతోనే సుస్థిరాభివృద్ధి సాధ్యమని వెల్లడిఈనాడు - అమరావతి ప్రస్తుత ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరం మొదటి అర్ధభాగంలో రాష్ట్రం 11.37 శాతం వృద్ధి రేటు నమోదు చేసినట్టు ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు ప్రకటించారు. జాతీయ వృద్ధి రేటు 5.8 శాతమేనని, దానికంటే మనం 5.57 శాతం అధికంగా సాధించామని తెలిపారు. గురువారం ఆయన విజయవాడలోని క్యాంపు కార్యాలయంలో విలేఖరుల సమావేశంలో మాట్లాడారు. వ్యవసాయ, అనుబంధ రంగాల్లో మనకు, జాతీయ వృద్ధి రేటుకీ మధ్య చాలా వ్యత్యాసం ఉందన్నారు. మనం 25.60 శాతం వృద్ధి నమోదు చేస్తే, జాతీయ స్థాయిలో వృద్ధి 2 శాతమేనన్నారు. పారిశ్రామిక, సేవారంగాల వృద్ధిరేటులోనూ జాతీయస్థాయి కంటే మెరుగ్గా ఉన్నామని చెప్పారు. ‘‘మొత్తం 40 గ్రోత్‌ ఇంజిన్లు ఉన్నాయి. స్థూల రాష్ట్రోత్పత్తిలో 80 శాతం వీటి నుంచే వస్తుంది. 40 గ్రోత్‌ ఇంజిన్ల పనితీరుని మెరుగుపరిచేందుకు నిరంతరం ప్రయత్నిస్తున్నాం. కార్పొరేట్‌ స్కూళ్లలా ప్రతినెలా పరీక్షలు పెట్టి అప్రమత్తం చేస్తున్నాం. రియల్‌టైం గవర్నెన్స్‌లో ఎప్పటికప్పుడు పర్యవేక్షిస్తున్నాం’’ అని ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు. రాష్ట్రం ఎన్ని కష్టాల్లో ఉన్నా సుస్థిరాభివృద్ధి లక్ష్యాలు, సంక్షేమం వంటి అన్ని పరామితుల్లో అఖిల భారత స్థాయిలో నెం.1గా ఉంటున్నామని చెప్పారు. ఇప్పుడు సాధిస్తున్న వృద్ధిరేటు మరో 15-20 ఏళ్లపాటు నిలకడగా రావాలని, సుస్థిర ప్రభుత్వం ఉన్నప్పుడే ఇది సాధ్యపడుతుందని ముఖ్యమంత్రి తెలిపారు. 2015-16 నుంచీ రాష్ట్ర వృద్ధి రేటు నిలకడగా పెరుగుతూ వస్తోందని, జాతీయ వృద్ధి రేటుతో పోలిస్తే మనం ముందుంటున్నామని తెలిపారు. 2015-16లో రాష్ట్రం 10.95 శాతం (జాతీయ స్థాయిలో 8.01 శాతం), 2016-17లో రాష్ట్రం 11.61 (జాతీయ స్థాయిలో 7.11శాతం) వృద్ధి రేటు నమోదు చేసినట్టు వెల్లడించారు. * 2016-17 మొదటి అర్ధ సంవత్సరంతో పోలిస్తే, 2017-18 మొదటి అర్ధ సంవత్సరంలో పారిశ్రామిక, సేవల రంగాల్లో రాష్ట్రం కొంత వెనుకబడింది. వ్యవసాయ రంగంలో మెరుగ్గా ఉంది. జాతీయ వృద్ధి రేటుతో పోలిస్తే మూడు విభాగాల్లోనూ రాష్ట్రం ముందంజలో ఉంది. Chandrababu Naidu said at Amaravati on Thursday that the State had achieved growth rate of 11.37 per cent in the first half of 2017-18 against the all-India average of 5.8 per cent. He told the media that AP had achieved 25.60 per cent growth in agricultural sector against 2 per cent at all-India level. He said in industrial sector the growth rate stood at 7.43 per cent and in services sector the state achieved 8.38 per cent growth rate. Referring to Polavaram project, the Chief Minister made it clear that the State Government was committed to completing the project at any cost. He said that he would visit the project site in West Godavari on Monday to assess the present situation. He said a three- member committee appointed by the Centre would also visit the project site. He said he State Government had to get Rs 3000 cr for the completed work and a revised DPR was submitted to the Centre and he would discuss it with Union Minister for Water Resources Nitin Gadkari. The Chief Minister expressed surprise over the stand of the opposition parties in the State, "which are trying to creating hurdles in the smooth completion of the project." They should rise above petty politics and strive for the welfare of the State and the country, he added. The State achieved 25.6 per cent growth in agriculture and allied sectors against 2 per cent at all India level. The growth rate in industrial sector stands at 7.43 per cent and services sector at 8.38 per cent as against the country’s growth rate of 3.6 and 7.9 percent respectively. Releasing the growth estimates of the State at a press conference in Vijayawada on Thursday, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu stated that there are 40 growth engines identified to achieve sustained double digit growth rate in all sectors in the coming two decades. The growth registered in the first quarter between April and June 2017 is 11.72 per cent while the growth rate in the second quarter between July and September 2017 is 11.37 per cent. Apart from overall growth, the three sectors individually also registered a decline in growth rate when compared to the previous quarter. In the first quarter of the financial year, the agriculture and allied sectors registered 27.6 per cent growth, industry stood at 8.05 and the services sector achieved 8.67, against this, the growth rate of the respective sectors in the second quarter stood at 24.05 per cent, 6.8 percent and 8.1 in the second quarter. Apart from that, the half yearly and quarterly statistics of the current year showed a slight decline when compared to the previous year. During the first quarter of 2016-17, the growth rate registered was 12.26 and it went down to 11.72 in 2017-18. The growth rate in the second quarter in 2016-17 was 12.20 while it stood at 11.37 in 2017-18. However, the Chief Minister observed that the government has been monitoring the growth statistics every quarter to improve the performance on real time basis. He said that to maintain sustained double digit growth, he has been strengthening the agriculture and allied sectors. He added that the sub-sectors of agriculture sector including the horticulture and aquaculture sectors have been showing better performance. Chandrababu Naidu informed that the government was encouraging the primary food processing units across the State to add value to the agriculture products. It would generate employment, improve quality of products apart from providing additional revenue to the farmers, he observed. He added that the government judiciously managed the water resources at the time of rainfall deficit during the last two years, which have been yielding results now.
