TAROCK Posted November 30, 2017 Share Posted November 30, 2017 With all the obstacles from BJP I think we do not need POLAVARAM. 1) Since we already have Pattiseema helping great Krishna, West, Guntur and Prakasam are getting benefited. Indirectly Rayalaseema might get benefited if the water is allowed to divert from Srisailam instead of leaving it to krishna Delta. 2) Purusuttoaptnam Lifting when progressed will help all the needs of Upper EAST, Vizag directly and Indirectly to Srikakulam and Vizayanagaram. The only thing that we loose is the Power generation and also we may need some power to run both the Lifting. WHY THE HELL IS WE ARE WORRIED? NO NEED OF OTHER EXPENSES INCLUDING REHAB AND APROVALS AND CLEARNECES AND ALL. WHY WE NEED TO BEG? xxxx CENTER AND xxxx OTHER STATES AND xxxx THESE POLITICIANS.. WE GET AT LEAST 60% OF WHAT WE GET FROM POLAVARAM WITH THESE 2 LIFTING PROJECTS. CBN IS CAPABLE OF ACHIVING THE GOALS WITH THESE 2 PROJECTS. Pattiseema and Purusuttoaptnam worked on level of Godavari and they were constructed on temporaray basis. Assuming the problems in advance, CBN planned these two lift irrigation projects. Pattiseema will not work if Godavari not reached prescribed levels at Dhavaleswaram. Polavaram will be the permanent solution to AP hope CBN will made his dream in realty. (ex: 2017/18 no sufficient water for paddy in Rabi in some areas). usually Sileru water comes in help 3. Drinking water in April - June (if no flood in June). again Sileru water comes in help (ex; This Godavari pushkaralu year and during pushkaralu - water released from Sileru) RMC: - Biggest advantage we saw this year. I don't understand without polavaram where will u store water?? I don't understand ur words in simple in reality if polavaram is there 100 days lo polavaram right canal ki water vaste 150 tmc vastundi but now 100tmc vachindi do u think loosing 50tmc is good??? How will u save godavari delta without storage??? With polavaram general ga 1 tmc = 10-15 crores farming, drinking water ki use avutundi per year lo 200-300 tmc divert cheyochu we will loose all those Simple ga memu polavaram and deficit ivakunte we are going to resign in central ministers ani gola start cheyali appude use.
