Now the batch that once opposed pulichintala in the new role "as center irrigation advisers" is directing center with Dummagudem kind of plan again......To be frank we don't need that with what CBN 50KM lift from vykuntapura,.. just with 4-5K crores another 100 TMC can be shifted from polavaram canal at full capacity to Vykuntapurambarrage..... if center gives clearences instead of getting mislead NSP right canal 10 lakh acre problem will be solved......... Yes, 17.5K capacity...Right now close to 1 TMC per day with 8800K cusecs ....also lining work completed this year to support 17.5K and we tested with 8K for 3 years so good to go... CBN coffer dam finish ayina NSP RIght<====Vykuntapuram with in 1 year finish chestadu....without Vykuntapuram barrage also initially they can do with multi-stage lifts of 40KM...
