I will be happy if govt understand the pain of us and take appropriate steps Muncipal administration, health dept, panchatiraj, urban housing etc in Every dept they are filling posts using outsourcing Appsc dwara 1000 panchayati secretary jobs iste outsoucing dwara 6000 istunnaru 3 years nunchi ippati daka appsc dwara release chesina posts only 4000 Years nundi prepare avutunna valla gurinchi okkasari alochinchandi. Even for outsourcing also if they can implement the same process what they are following for permanent jobs then it will be okay anukunta...
