I didn't get one thing. Either we should stop blabbering in the public that we are a cadre based party or we should show them what we are formed upon. I don't see the best time other than now for a political reform injecting fresh blood into the party. I know it is hard to survive financially after three times opposition but past 20-30 years lo no political party got an opportunity as we did. xxxx T sentiment. There isn't any change in the life styles of people. Come out front the mentality that it is waste to vote TDP because end of day the person you voted will be in TRS or INC because they were "blackmailed". It is the right time for injecting fresh blood into the party leadership. Now that opportunists are gone, it is a clear indication that all that is left is what we have. Build that boost into the cadre that we are now back to 1980's where a common man with commitment can do wonders. We've cadre to fight against. After all TRS can't blackmail every individual and if it does, we're on a roll!! INC is the face we've been fighting all these days and it isn't something new to us. The trick here lies in identifying fantastic leaders with same ideology as we do after a proper background check. It means " when you've go nothing to loose, where does the question of getting blackmailed comes from?" Injecting confidence into the new leaders and patting their back when required saying that we have a cadre and we have leaders to support you will bring a change. There is political vacuum here. Look for an opportunity in crisis. We've got both now Financial / Legal are the two most important helps that any leader would need. As a party from 25 years, it isn't that difficult. (Outsource them) This might seem to be a Herculean task! But the person who is taking up on their shoulders will be the next leader we are in search of.
