Meeru inka 2004 year lone unnaru. pls wake up. a family with 6 people are now buying suv. SUV sales are around 25% in total passenger vehicle sales in india last year. LuvNTR Posted September 13, 2017 Author Share Posted September 13, 2017 Per article 279 A of constitution for GST Act:- The vote of Central Government shall have the weighted of one-third of the total votes The votes of State Government shall have the weighted of two third of the total votes, cast in the meeting So BJP (with its ruled states) has 2/3 majority to bull doze any tax rate decision. in simple man terms:- Before meeting, jaitley will send rates to bjp ruled finance ministers and asks them to either support that rate or resign. why would't center dictate terms in one way or other since after all it gets 50% of money whatever collected from GST. ee pathi yaparam politics maaku teliyava natu garu.....
