Saichandra Posted July 20, 2017 Author Share Posted July 20, 2017 హైకోర్టులో జగన్‌కు మరోసారి ఎదురుదెబ్బ.! హైదరాబాద్: అక్రమాస్తుల కేసులో వైసీపీ అధినేత జగన్ మోహన్ రెడ్డికి హైకోర్టులో మరోసారి ఎదురుదెబ్బ తగిలింది.! అక్రమాస్తుల కేసులో తనపై వేసిన చార్జిషీట్‌‌లను ఒకేసారి విచారించాలని హైకోర్టులో వేసిన పిటిషన్‌ను జగన్ ఉపసంహరించుకున్నారు. ఈ పిటిషన్‌‌పై హైకోర్టులో జరిగిన విచారణలో సీబీఐ గట్టిగా వాదించింది. అభియోగాల ప్రక్రియ కొనసాగుతోందని ఈ క్రమంలో జగతి పబ్లికేషన్‌ ఇలాంటి పిటిషన్‌ వేయడం సరికాదని సీబీఐ వాదించింది. దీంతో పిటిషన్‌ను కొట్టివేసేందుకు హైకోర్టు సిద్ధమైంది. అయితే తామే పిటిషన్‌ను స్వచ్ఛందంగా ఉపసంహరించుకుంటున్నామని జగన్ తరపు న్యాయవాది కోర్టుకు తెలియజేశారు. కాగా అక్రమాస్తుల కేసులో జగన్‌‌పై సీబీఐ మొత్తం 11 చార్జిషీట్‌‌లను దాఖలు చేసిన విషయం తెలిసిందే. అయితే ఇకపై జగన్ కేసులో విచారణ రోజువారిగా జరిగే అవకాశముంది. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో గవర్నర్ కలిసే యోచనలో వైఎస్ జగన్ ఉన్నట్లుగా తెలుస్తోంది. ఆరునెలలుగా హైకోర్టులో పిటిషన్‌లన్నీకలిసికట్టుగా విచారించాలని వాజ్యం సాగుతోంది.
