fast breeder reactor...using thorium...?

Trial lo undhi. Project success ye. Presently electricity generate chestunnaru. 2018 june ki india lo distribution start avutundhi. 2019 lopu NSG seat vasthey france, eastern europe countries ki reactor export chestaam without technology. Billions worth. As of now breeder is performing at optimum levels. Production is satisfactory according to government.

Power generate ayyaka depleted uranium tho war heads tayaru chestaru chanti.. we need uranium atleast for that. Also, we are going to commission 22 nuclear plants by 2020, all planned on uranium.

Solar is not viable in near future. May be after a decade when the photocells and panels are more efficiently developed, then it is feasible on mass scale. Also, currently only 2% of our energy needs are met by nuclear. Govt wants to take it to 25% by 2022. Reduce coal imports to zero. After 2018, we are going to see thorium FBR which is 70% more efficient than uranium and is locally available in our country these above 22 reactors are 1100 MW and 2200 MW. Thorium FBR at optimum performancebis producing close to 3300 MW and producing 50% less nuclear waste. Once we get into NSG, we can export this technology for billions of dollars. That is why china doesnt want us in NSG. Chinese operate many power plants around the world and they see us as competition.

Solar panels, at the best have operational factor of 25 to 30 pc. i.e it produces 30% of specified capacity over an year due to climate conditions, seasons etc. It is unreliable on large scale. European countries can do because their population is very less and energy needs are very less too. Wont work for India.

Uranium better anukunta kadha Thorium kante... most of the nations uranium use chestayi kadha?

its only reactor type and the fuel it takes to generate heat. can be designed for any such radio active isotopes. If you design a better reactor that can use less energy to ignite and in return give more, you can use it. Ignition procedures will be a little different. With thorium, performance is up by 70% and nuclear waste reduced to 50%. complete indian innovation. too early to call it a success. but if we can commission one FBR plant for 3 yrs atleast, then we did it.

thats becoz they hav more uranium reserves.....india has thorium

Thorium is better than uranium...more efficient..less waste...and it is called "breeder" for a reason...nuclear reserve multiplies kind of...

Its not an FBR. even US and canada have it from 1970s. FBR is pure indian technology. Also, FBR produces U-235 as an isotope residue with good quality that can again be re used in uranium plants or warheads.
