swarnandhra
Japan offers 1% or 0% interest only on condition that certain percentage of project equipment/material must be procured from japanese companies. Thats where they make up the interest loss. Usually, big ticket items gets sold at huge discounts on the list price something like 25-40%. When Japan funds the project on 0% interest, that discount also goes to 0%
APDevFreak
Based on our state financial situation, its better to go for low interest. But As Korea is helping our state, the govt may go with it. Koreans were copycats in the past and later they developed and created their own image. They have pride in what they do. Good that babu garu has eye on both the Japs and the Koreans.
