(ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి, విజయవాడ): పాలనలో పారదర్శకత..ప్రభుత్వ పథకాల అమలులో అధికారులకు మరింత బాధ్యత..ఎక్కడా అవినీతికి తావు లేకుండా పనిచేయడం.. ప్రభుత్వ సంక్షేమ ఫలాలు నేరుగా అర్హులైన లబ్ధిదారులకు చేరే విధంగా చూడడం వంటి ప్రక్రియకు సీఎం చంద్రబాబు శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు. ఇందులో భాగంగా ప్రజల చేతికి బ్రహ్మాస్త్రం అందజేశారు. గత ప్రభుత్వ హయాంలో అభివృద్ధి, సంక్షేమ పథకాల అమలు లోప భూయిష్టంగా ఉండడం, పైసలిస్తే కానీ పనులు సవ్యంగా జరగని పరిస్థితి ఉండేది. చంద్రబాబు ఏ సభకు వెళ్లినా అవినీతిపై ఫిర్యాదులు ఎక్కువగా వచ్చేవి. అవినీతికి తావు లేకుండా చేసేందుకు ప్రజల చేతికే బ్రహ్మాస్త్రం అందించాలని ఆయన అప్పుడే భావించారు. చంద్రబాబు అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత కూడా ఆయనకు ఫిర్యాదులు అందడంతో అవినీతి రహిత విధానానికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టారు. గత కొద్ది రోజులుగా వివిధ శాఖాధిపతులతో సమ్మేళనం నిర్వహించి, అవినీతిని ఎలా నిర్మూలించాలి? దీని కోసం అనుభవజ్ఞులైన మేధావులతో చర్చించి దేశంలో ఎక్కడా లేని విధంగా గత నెల 25, 26 తేదీల్లో విజయవాడలో జరిగిన రాష్ట్ర స్థాయి కలెక్టర్ల సదస్సులో1100టోల్‌ఫ్రీని ప్రారంభించారు.

14 రోజులు 47 వేల ఫోన్‌ కాల్స్‌
అవినీతి లేని పాలన అందించడానికి వీలుగా సీఎం ప్రారంభించిన 1100 టోల్‌ ఫ్రీ నెంబరుకు ప్రజల నుంచి అనూహ్యస్పందన లభిస్తోంది. టోల్‌ఫ్రీ నెంబరు ప్రారంభించి సరిగ్గా 14 రోజులైంది. ఇప్పటి వరకు రాష్ట్ర నలు మూలల నుంచి 47 వేల ఫోన్‌ కాల్స్‌ వచ్చినట్లు రియల్‌ టైమ్‌ గవర్నెన్స్‌ కార్యదర్శి అహ్మద్‌ బాబు వెల్లడించారు. దీంతో అవినీతి పరుల గుండెల్లో రైళ్లు పరుగెత్తుతున్నాయి. ఎక్కడ తప్పు జరిగినా ప్రజలు నేరుగా ప్రభుత్వానికి ఫిర్యాదు చేసే విధంగా చర్యలు తీసుకున్నారు. దీంతో ప్రజల చేతికే నేరుగా బ్రహ్మాస్త్రం అందజేస్తే సమస్య పరిష్కారమైపోతోందని భావించి 1100 టోల్‌ ఫ్రీ నెంబరు ప్రవేశ పెట్టారు. అప్పటి నుంచి దాదాపు 47 వేలు ఫిర్యాదులు అవినీతి రాయుళ్లపై అందాయంటే ఏ స్థాయిలో అవి నీతి తాండవిస్తోందో అర్థమవుతోంది.

దీంతో గత కొద్ది రోజులుగా 1100కు ప్రజల నుంచి ఫిర్యాదులు రావడం ఎక్కువ కావడంతో తప్పు చేసే అధికారులు, వివిధ శాఖల్లో వేళ్లూనుకు పోయి ప్రతి పనికీ లంచం అడిగే అక్రమార్కుల గుండెల్లో రైళ్లు పరుగెడుతున్నాయి. ఇప్పటికే కొంత మంది అధికారులకు, సిబ్బందికి ప్రభుత్వ పెద్దల నుంచి అక్షింతలు పడడంతో అవినీతిప రులు ఇప్పుడిప్పుడే మేల్కొంటున్నారు.

1100 - A war against corruption!

 

Thimaiah (extreme right) and his elder sister Ramulamma (second from right) are residents of Indireswaram in Kurnool district. Ramulamma’s husband is deceased. When she asked for her rightful share in her husband’s property, she began to be threatened by her in-laws. With four daughters to look after, she was in a dire financial condition. Such was the sad state of affairs that she had to borrow money from her father Hanumaiah whose only source was the state-given pension of Rs. 1000. A government employee took Rs. 500 out of the Rs. 1000 pension as bribe. Frustrated by what was happening, Thimaiah gathered courage and made a call to 1100 toll free number. Responding swiftly, the corrupt employee received a stern warning from Amaravati. Shocked that his dreadful action had been exposed, the official rushed to Ramulamma’s house and gave back the bribe money. CBN invited Thimaiah to Amaravati during the recently held Nava Nirmana Deeksha and had him speak about his experience on the stage. CBN also announced that Ramulamma’s girl children will be given financial assistance through the CMRF.

 

CBN has urged every citizen to call 1100 and speak out against corrupt officials. The government will act swiftly against them and ensure speedy delivery of justice.
