swarnandhra
Mana daaka vaste kaani teliyadu some folks here don't bother checking the details in the news or simply don't care. just start name calling. Bank safety laws allow religious attire that does not cover "face". In this incident customer did not cover her face. cloth she was wearing covered her hair only, face is completely visible. As recently as 4 months ago a bank in Nebraska apologized to the customer for a similar incident.

AnnaGaru
one may or may not like/believe in all customs/religions/practices.. that's why we have laws of that country/place, better all follow them, until the majority local people decides to change them the way they want it. but going against a law is not fair and will have worst consequences any time any place. If another country/place do not like them they should make sure they do not have that law.. The country/place where people have better thinking and can continuously improve their laws with time, they will enjoy better life simple.

Sr Fan
Take a step back and understand local environment bros- current violent culture & events in news - all that back drop; not b end over backwards to apply some fictitious Global rules in a highly urban dangerous American city...... DC is notoriously infested for crime for a long time, even chinese food is handed through iron clad gates with small openings in some crime-ridden parts.... Watch the video at 0:59 - the local safety rules & regulations written on the notice board for all customers ( remove - hats, glasses , something & something ) ' If you dont take off your HOOD , I am going to call 911 '..........That girl is appearing more interested in making a religious statement and enthused in internet activism instead of following the safety regulations written and verbally communicated by bank officials ......
