KaNTRhi Posted January 4, 2017 Share Posted January 4, 2017 రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని మున్సిపల్ పాఠశాలల్లోనూ తెలుగు మీడియంలో బోధనకు ప్రభుత్వం స్వస్తి పలికింది, ఇక పై ఇంగ్లీషు మీడియంలో మాత్రమే విద్యాబోధన చేయాలని నిర్ణయించింది. అన్ని మున్సిపల్ పాఠశాలల్లోనూ తెలుగు మీడియం బదులుగా ఇంగ్లీషు మీడియంలో తరగతులు నిర్వహించేందుకు నిర్ణయించింది. ఈమేరకు రాష్ట్ర పురపాలక పట్టణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ సోమవారం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది. ఈ విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచే తక్షణం ఈ ఉత్తర్వులు అమల్లోకి రానున్నాయి. అయితే పదో తరగతి చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులకు ఈ విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి మాత్రం మినహాయింపు ఇచ్చారు. మున్సిపల్ పాఠశాలల్లో ఈ విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచి ఇంగ్లీషు మీడియం తరగతులను ప్రభుత్వం ప్రారంభించింది. 6 నుంచి పదో తరగతి చదువుతున్న విద్యార్థులకు నిర్వహించిన పౌండేషన్ కోర్సు మరింత విజ్ఞానాన్నిపెంపొందించడమే కాకుండా దేశ, రాష్ట్ర స్థాయిలో వివిధ పోటీ పరీక్షలకు హాజరయ్యేందకు ఉపకరించింది. ఈ కోర్చుకు విద్యార్ధులు, తల్లితండ్రుల నుంచి వస్తున్న అనూహ్య స్పందనను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని ఫౌండేషన్ కోర్చును మున్సిపల్ పాఠశాలల్లో చదువుతున్నవిద్యార్థులందరికీ తప్పనిసరి చేశారు. విద్యార్థి తన లక్ష్యాలను చేరు కునేందుకు బోధనా మాధ్యమం కీలకపాత్ర వహిస్తుందనే అభిప్రాయాన్ని ఉత్తర్వుల్లో వ్యక్తం చేశారు. ఈమేరకు రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని మున్సిపల్ పాఠశాలలను ఇంగ్లీషు మీడియం పాఠశాలలుగా మారుస్తూ ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. అన్ని మున్సిపల్ పాఠశాలల్లో తెలుగు మీడియం ఎత్తివేస్తూ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేయడం చర్చనీయాంశమైంది. ఈ నిర్ణయం పై తెలుగు భాషాభిమానులు ఎలా స్పందిస్తారో చూడాలి. source: http://www.amaravativoice.com/te/municipal-schools-in-ap-to-tech-in-english 7th class daka Telugu unchithene best... :from 8th to 10th cheyali.. On one side NBK is making movie like Satakarni who developed the culture and language. On the other hand you're killing them. If you let political exigencies also roll into cultural aspects of core, self destruction is what happens. It is why a lot of states or cultures have deep state to prevent politicians of a finite time to kill the core or their civilization. In such states politicians are mere agents of deep culture. In other words, Obama or Trump or Putin can't change DNA of the state. Putin is good example of politician and as well as deep state. Unfortunately in India deep state is only recently developing with the rise of Hindu Nationalists to prevent India further ruining itself with Nehruism. Tamils developed their deep state where as Telugus couldn't, otherwise state couldn't have split on flimsy grounds or with drama at the parliament. CBN was active participant in that process too so he is unlikely to be champion of the Telugu cultural unlike the NTR. NTR failed to put any firewalls or poison pills (such as developing Telugu intelligentsia) in an institutionalized way to prevent the future degeneration like this. Sr Fan Posted January 11, 2017 Share Posted January 11, 2017 ఇంత సంధిగ్ధత అవసరం లేదు ఈ విషయం లో....సంస్కృతి, సాంప్రదాయాల పునాది, ఆధారం గా పుట్టిన పార్టీ తెలుగుదేశం, వాటి ఆధారంగా ఉండే సంస్కారాలు, విలువలు ఒక విశిష్టమైన అస్తిత్వం, ప్రత్యేకత ఆపాదిస్తాయి జాతికి అని పార్టీ నిర్మాత సిద్ధాంతం.....కంటికి కనిపించేవి కావు అన్ని వస్తువులు, అన్నిసార్లును, విలువలంటే అలాంటివే, కొన్ని ప్రత్యక్షం కొన్ని అదృశ్యం.... సముద్రంలో ఉండే మంచుకొండలన్నీ పైకి కనిపిస్తాయా !...కనిపించని వస్తువును చూడాలనుకోవటం లేదా ప్రస్తుత తెలుగుదేశం అధినేత? తెలుగు సంస్కృతిని బలోపేతం చేస్తున్నాడా ? చంద్రబాబు కి ఆ దృష్టి ఉందా?... ఆ విషయం తరువాత, అస్సలు అవగాహన లోపించి తెలుగు చెట్టు మొదలు నరుకుతున్నాడా ? పునరావలోకనం అవసరం.....తెలుగు సంస్కృతిని రక్షిస్తా, అద్దం పడతా, దాన్ని పెంచే విధంగా,వేరే పార్టీలకతీతంగా తెలుగుదేశం కి ముందు క్రొత్త దార్లు వేసుకోవాలి, పార్టీ బలంగా ముందుకు పోవాలంటే ...అటువంటి దృక్పథం ఉన్న తెలుగుదేశం పార్టీ తెలుగు జాతికి అవసరం...ఇష్టం, కష్టం అనుకోకుండా నిజాయితీగా మూల్యాంకన చేసుకోవటం మంచిది... AP Special Representative for North America Jayaram Komati launched this pilot project in California, by name 'NRI School Connect' in 5 schools in Kadapa, Kurnool, West Godavari and Krishna districts. The main motto of this project is to engage NRIs and involve them in improving the knowledge and communication skills of the students in Govt schools. Sivaji, an NRI based out of Texas explained the students about evolution of mankind and technology in an interactive power point and video presentation. The session was planned in an interactive way where students get to clarify doubts on the topic.
