పెట్టుబడిదారులను ఆకర్షించేలా ముసాయిదా 
కొత్త ఏడాది నుంచి అమలులోకి విధానం

చైనా, వియత్నాం, తైవాన్‌ తరహాలో ప్రపంచ స్థాయి ప్రమాణాలతో పారిశ్రామిక పార్కుల కోసం పెట్టుబడిదారులను ఆకర్షించేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రయత్నిస్తోంది. ప్రైవేటు రంగంలో పారిశ్రామిక పార్కుల ఏర్పాటుపై ప్రభుత్వం ముసాయిదాను రూపొందించింది. భాగస్వాముల(స్టేక్‌హోల్డర్ల)తో సమావేశాలు నిర్వహించి ముసాయిదాపై అభిప్రాయాలు తెలుసుకుంటున్న ఆర్థికాభివృద్ధి మండలి(ఈడీబీ) ఇందులో మరిన్ని సవరణలు చేసి సాధ్యమైనంత వేగంగా ప్రభుత్వ ఆమోదం కోసం పంపనున్నది. వచ్చే నెలాఖరులోగా మంత్రి మండలిలో పెట్టి కొత్త ఏడాదిలో విధానాన్ని తీసుకురానున్నారు. దేశ, విదేశాలకుచెందిన ప్రఖ్యాత పారిశ్రామిక సంస్థలను ఇందులో భాగస్వాములను చేసేందుకు ప్రభుత్వం ప్రయత్నిస్తోంది. వివిధసెక్టార్లకు అనుకూలతలవారీగా అన్ని జిల్లాల్లోనూ పార్కులు ఏర్పాటయ్యేలా ఈడీబీ కార్యాచరణ రూపొందించింది. ప్రత్యేకించి ఆటోమొబైల్‌, ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్‌, జౌళి, ఆహార శుద్ధి, ఫార్మా రంగాలకు అత్యధిక ప్రాధాన్యమివ్వనున్నారు. ఇప్పటికే ఆరేడు సంస్థలు ఈడీబీకి సవివర సమగ్ర ప్రాజెక్టు (డీపీఆర్‌) నివేదికలు పంపాయి.

ముఖ్యాంశాలు.. 
* కనిష్ఠంగా 25 ఎకరాల్లో, గరిష్ఠంగా 300 ఎకరాల్లో ప్రైవేటు రంగంలో పారిశ్రామిక పార్కులు ఏర్పాటు చేయొచ్చు. 
* పార్కులో అభివృద్ధి చేసిన ప్రాంతాన్ని 40 శాతానికి తక్కువ కాకుండా పరిశ్రమల కోసం కేటాయించాలి. మరో 20 శాతం ప్రాంతాన్ని నివాస, వాణిజ్య అవసరాలకు వినియోగించవచ్చు. 
* రైతుల నుంచి కొనుగోలు చేసిన భూముల్లో, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ పారిశ్రామిక మౌలిక సదుపాయాల సంస్థ (ఏపీఐఐసీ) నుంచి సమీకరించిన భూముల్లోనైనా పార్కులు ఏర్పాటు చేయవచ్చు. 
* సమగ్ర ప్రాజెక్టు నివేదిక (డీపీఆర్‌), లేఅవుట్‌ ప్లాను ఏపీఐఐసీకి అందిస్తే అధికారులు తదుపరి చర్యలు తీసుకుంటారు. 
* పరిశ్రమల ఏర్పాటు కోసం వివిధ ప్రభుత్వ శాఖల నుంచి ఏకగవాక్ష విధానంలో 21 రోజుల్లో అనుమతులివ్వనున్నారు. 
* ఎకరా ప్రాంత అభివృద్ధికి అయ్యే ఖర్చులో 25 శాతం ఆర్థిక సాయం. గరిష్ఠంగా రూ.30 కోట్లు వరకు చెల్లింపు. 
* పారిశ్రామిక ప్రాంగణం బయట కల్పించే మౌలిక సదుపాయాలపై ఎకరాకు గరిష్టంగా రూ.27 లక్షల వరకు రాయితీ. 
* భూ కొనుగోళ్లపై రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ కోసం చెల్లించే స్టాంపు డ్యూటీ వంద శాతం తిరిగి చెల్లింపు. 
* ప్రాంగణంలో ఏర్పాటయ్యే పరిశ్రమలకు ఇప్పటికే వివిధ విధానాల, పథకాల కింద కల్పించే అన్ని రాయితీలూ వర్తింపు.

Arvind Mills to invest Rs 4000 crore in Andhra Pradesh, set up plant

Naidu is likely to lay foundation for the Arvind Mills on December 13, when he attends MSME conclave at Tirupati.

Arvind Mills will set up its first plant outside Gujarat in Kuppam in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh. Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu today cleared Arvind Mills proposal and the proposals of several other companies. Naidu chaired the state investment promotion board meeting at Secretariat at Amaravati on Tuesday and cleared proposals of companies including Arvind Mills, which will come up with an investment of Rs 4,000 crore to provide employment opportunity to nearly 20,000 people.

The Arvind Mills green field integrated textile plant, will set up the plant at Kuppam, the CM’s constituency, with an investment of Rs 700 crore with a capacity to manufacture 24 million garments per annum. The textile plant will provide employment to 80 per cent of women with 9,300 direct employment. The Arvind Mills plant will produce denim jeans and is likely to start production in February 2020. Naidu is likely to lay foundation for the Arvind Mills on December 13, when he attends MSME conclave at Tirupati. THK, a leading Japanese manufacturer of linear motion equipment manufacturing company will set up a manufacturing facility in Sri City at Chittoor. This facility will provide a fillip to machine tool industry in India by providing components essential to increased precision, rigidity, speed and energy efficiency,’’ Economic Development Board CEO Jasti Krishna Kishore said.

THK of Japan planning unit in Sri City

Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu will lay the foundation for a manufacturing unit of the Arvind Mills at Kuppam next month. It is going to be the Ahmedabad-based company’s first plant outside Gujarat in which Rs. 700 crore is being invested by the Lalbhai Group, according to an official release.

Arvind Mills’ unit coming up in the Chief Minister’s constituency is planned to produce 24 million garments per year and provide direct employment to about 9,300 persons. It is expected to become operational in February 2020.

Another major proposal cleared by the government is that of THK, a leading Japanese manufacturer of linear motion equipment, for the establishment of its unit at Sri City in Chittoor district with an outlay of Rs. 800 crore. It is set to give a fillip to the machine tool industry in India by providing components having better precision, robustness, speed and energy efficiency.

The International Flavours and Fragrances India Pvt. Ltd. has come forward to set up its unit at a cost of Rs. 525 crore.

Doowon Climate Control India Pvt. Ltd. and Dong Ah Hwa Sung Co. Ltd. have committed to ancillary catering to KIA Motors in Anantapur district.

Saint Gobain has offered to invest Rs. 2000 crore for plasterboard, gypsum and glass manufacturing with an annual capacity of 11 lakh metric tonnes at Achutapuram in Visakhapatnam district.

అమరావతి: రాష్ట్రంలో వివిధ జిల్లాల్లో 35 ఫుడ్‌ ప్రాసెసింగ్‌ ప్రాజెక్టులు, యూనిట్ల ఏర్పాటుకు రాష్ట్రస్థాయి ఎంపవర్‌ కమిటీ ఆమోదం తెలిపింది. మంగళవారం సచివాలయంలో ప్రభుత్వ ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శి (సీఎస్‌) అనిల్‌ చంద్రపునేఠా అధ్యక్షతన జరిగిన కమిటీ సమావేశంలో ఈ మేరకు నిర్ణయం తీసుకున్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని చిత్తూరు, నెల్లూరు, కడప, అనంతపురం, ప్రకాశం, గుంటూరు, కృష్ణా, తూర్పు గోదావరి జిల్లాల్లో 35 ప్రాజెక్టుల ఏర్పాటుకు ఈ కమిటీ సిఫార్సు చేసింది. కాగా, ముఖ్యమంత్రి యువనేస్తం, స్కిల్‌ డెవల్‌పమెంట్‌పై సమీక్ష సందర్భంగా సీఎస్‌ మాట్లాడుతూ.. యువతకు మెరుగైన శిక్షణ, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలు కల్పించేందుకు శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించాలని చెప్పారు.

Daiki of Japan to set up recycled aluminium alloy plant in Andhra Pradesh. The ₹225 crore aluminium alloy unit will have a capacity of 84,000 tonnes a year.
