"We have one manufacturing facility at Neemrana in Rajasthan. Already we have decided to put up a second factory also at Neemrana.. About 40 acre with an investment of Rs 600 crore plus. The second unit will be operational from September this year," Jawa said."With the second plant coming up, the production capacity will go up to 12 lakh room air-conditioners a year, from the present five lakh units," he said."Current capacity will not be sufficient after 2018. So at that time we will take a call to set up it (third factory) either in Maharashtra or AP or Telangana," Jawa said.Daikin Airconditioning India had a turnover of Rs 2,750 crore in last fiscal. The plant, which has production capacity of 12000 metric tonne per annum (MTPA), will tap the opportunity of domestic scrap available with the large telecom players, UPS batteries from IT offices in and around southern markets by having long term contracts to collect their pan-India scrap in cost effective manner. Being near to the Chennai port, the plant will help Gravita in reducing logistics cost while exporting the finished goods. The plant, built with an investment of approximately Rs 25 crores, will help the company to further strengthen its presence in Southern market and for exports in Far East markets. sonykongara Posted January 19, 2017 Share Posted January 19, 2017 సాగర మథనం! తీరంలో భారీగా నిర్లవణీకరణ ప్లాంట్లు తాగునీరు, పరిశ్రమల అవసరాలకు కూడా కిలోలీటర్‌ రూ.40.. చైనా కంపెనీలు రెడీ దావోస్‌లోనూ చర్చించిన చంద్రబాబు కేజీ బేసిన్‌కు రండి.. ఆరాంకోకు ఆహ్వానం డిజిటల్‌ వర్సిటీ కోసం ‘పేటీఎం’కు పిలుపు పట్టణాలు, పరిశ్రమల అవసరాలకు కూడా విశాఖతో ఆరంభం... అమరావతి, జనవరి 18 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): కనుచూపు మేర అంతా జలమే... కానీ తాగేందుకు చుక్కయినా పనికిరాదు. ఇదీ రాష్ట్రంలోని సముద్ర తీర ప్రాంతాల్లో కొన్ని చోట్ల పరిస్థితి. సాధారణ జలవనరుల నుంచి రక్షిత మంచినీరు అందని తీరప్రాంత గ్రామాలు, పట్టణాలు చాలానే ఉన్నాయి. తాగునీటికి, పెరుగుతున్న పట్టణ, పారిశ్రామిక అవసరాలకు నీరు సమకూర్చడం కష్టమైపోతోంది. తీర ఆధారిత అభివృద్ధి కోసం ప్రణాళికలు రచిస్తున్న రాష్ట్రానికి ఇప్పుడు అదే తీరంలో నీటి అవసరాలు పెరిగాయి. మరోవైపు తలసరి నీటి లభ్యత ఏటేటా తగ్గిపోతోంది. ఈ పరిస్థితుల్లో సంప్రదాయ జలవనరులపైనేఆధారపడితే అవసరాలు తీరడం కష్టం. అందుకే... సాగర మథనం తప్పదని ప్రభుత్వం భావిస్తోంది. తీర ప్రాంతాల్లో పట్టణాలు, పారిశ్రామిక, మౌలిక వసతుల ప్రాజెక్టుల కోసం నిర్లవణీకరణ (డీశాలినేషన్‌) ప్లాంట్లను ప్రోత్సహించాలని నిశ్చయించింది. ఇందుకు కొన్ని చైనా కంపెనీలు ముందుకొచ్చాయి. నిర్లవణీకరణ ప్లాంట్లు ఏర్పాటు చేసి.. సముద్ర జలంలో ఉప్పును తొలగించి శుద్ధిచేసిన నీటిని కిలోలీటర్‌ (వేయి లీటర్లు) రూ.40కి సరఫరా చేయవచ్చని అవి ప్రతిపాదించినట్లు తెలిసింది. విశాఖపట్నం వద్ద తొలి నిర్లవణీకరణ ప్లాంటు ఏర్పాటుకు ప్రతిపాదించే అవకాశం ఉంది. నిర్లవణీకరణకు సంబంధించి సౌత హ్యూటన్‌ అనే చైనా కంపెనీతో రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఇదివరకే ఓ ఎంవోయూ కుదర్చుకుంది. పట్టణ నీటి సరఫరా, వ్యర్థ జలాల శుద్ధితోపాటు సముద్ర జలాల నిర్లవణీకరణ ప్లాంట్లను ప్రతి జిల్లాలో ఏర్పాటు చేయాలన్నది ఈ ఒప్పంద సారాంశం. ఇప్పుడు మరికొన్ని కంపెనీలు కూడా రంగంలోకి దిగుతున్నాయి. ప్రస్తుతం దావోస్‌ పర్యటనలో ఉన్న ముఖ్యమంత్రి చంద్రబాబు ఈ అంశంపై బుధవారం లూమిన్‌ వరల్డ్‌ అనే కంపెనీతో చర్చించారు. రాష్ట్రంలో తొలిసారి.. నిర్లవణీకరణ అంటే... సముద్రపు నీటినుంచి ఉప్పును తొలగించి మంచినీరుగా మార్చే ప్రక్రియ. సముద్రంలోని ఉప్పునీటిని రివర్స్‌ ఆస్మాసిస్‌ పద్ధతిలో మంచినీటిగా మారుస్తారు. మెంబ్రేన్‌ షీట్లను ఉపయోగించి తీవ్రమైన ఒత్తిడితో సముద్రపు నీటి నుంచి ఉప్పును వేరుచేస్తారు. ఇలా వేరైన నీటిని పక్కనే ఉన్న మంచినీటితో కలిపేస్తారు. సాధారణ రివర్స్‌ ఆస్మాసిస్‌ (ఆర్‌వో) ప్లాంట్లకు సముద్రపు నీటి రివర్స్‌ ఆస్మాసిస్‌ (ఎస్‌డబ్ల్యుఆర్‌వో) ప్లాంట్లకు సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంలోనూ...ప్రక్రియలోనూ చాలా తేడా ఉంటుంది. భారీ సామర్ధ్యంతో ఎస్‌డబ్ల్యుఆర్‌వో ప్లాంట్లు ఇదివరకు రాష్ట్రంలో ఏర్పాటు కాలేదు. సమీప భవిష్యతలో విశాఖపట్నంకోసం ఏర్పాటు చేస్తే... అదే రాష్ట్రంలో తొలి నిర్లవణీకరణ ప్లాంటు అవుతుంది. సముద్ర జలాల సాంద్రత చాలా ఎక్కువ. వాటిని తాగునీటిగా మార్చాలంటే ఎక్కువ ఒత్తిడి ఉపయోగించాలి. ఎక్కువ ఇంధనం అవసరం. ముందున్న చెన్నై తమిళనాడుతోపాటు గుజరాత కూడా నిర్లవణీకరణ ప్లాంట్లను చేపట్టింది. అక్కడ పారిశ్రామిక అవసరాలకు ఎక్కువగా వినియోగిస్తున్నారు. ముంద్రాలోని 4000 మెగావాట్ల అలా్ట్ర మెగా పవర్‌ ప్రాజెక్టు కోసం పెద్ద డీశాలినేషన్‌ ప్లాంటు ఏర్పాటైంది. చెన్నైలో శుద్ధి చేసిన నీటిని సరఫరా చేసే అతి పెద్ద ప్లాంటు ఏర్పాటైంది. ముంబైలో ఏర్పాటు చేసేందుకు యత్నాలు జరుగుతున్నాయి. దానికంటే ముందే విశాఖపట్నం సముద్రపు నీటి వినియోగానికి సిద్ధమవుతోంది! కాస్త ఆలస్యంగా మొదలుపెట్టినా ఆర్థికంగా మెరుగైన ప్రతిపాదనల కోసం ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం చర్చిస్తోంది. శుద్ధి చేసిన సముద్రపు నీటిని కిలోలీటర్‌కు రూ.60 చొప్పున సరఫరాకు కొన్ని కంపెనీలు ప్రతిపాదించినప్పుడు ససేమిరా అంది. చర్చోపచర్చల తర్వాత కిలోలీటర్‌కు రూ.40 రేటుకు కంపెనీలు దిగి వచ్చాయి. చెన్నై మెట్రో వాటర్‌ సంస్థ డీశాలినేషన్‌ ప్లాంటు నుంచి కిలో లీటర్‌కు రూ.48.6 చొప్పున చెల్లిస్తోంది. చెన్నైలోని 10 లక్షల మందికి ఈ నీరు ఉపయోగపడుతోంది. విశాఖలో ప్లాంటు పెట్టి రూ. 40కి సరఫరా చేయవచ్చని అధికారులు చెబుతున్నారు. sonykongara Posted January 19, 2017 Share Posted January 19, 2017 ఇండియా అంటే చంద్రబాబులా ఉంది దావోస్‌లో నిర్మల చమత్కారం అమరావతి, జనవరి 18 (ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): దావోస్‌లో పరిస్థితి చూస్తే.. ‘ఇండియా అంటే చంద్రబాబే’ అన్నట్టుగా ఉందని కేంద్రమంత్రి నిర్మలా సీతారామన్‌ చమత్కరించారు. ప్రపంచ ఆర్థిక వేదిక (డబ్ల్యూఈఎఫ్‌) వార్షిక సమావేశాల్లో పాల్గొనడానికి దావోస్‌ వెళ్లిన సీఎం చంద్రబాబు.. రోజూ చాలామంది పారిశ్రామికవేత్తలను కలుస్తూ క్షణం తీరిక లేకుండా గడుపుతున్నారు. సమావేశాలు ప్రారంభమైన 17న.. రాత్రి 12 గంటల వరకూ ఎవరో ఒకరిని కలుస్తూనే ఉన్నారు. రెండోరోజు ఉదయాన్నే ఏడున్నరకు సిద్ధమై రాత్రి 10 గంటల వరకూ సమావేశాల్లో పాల్గొన్నారు. ‘సన్‌ రైజ్‌ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌’ థీమ్‌తో చేపట్టిన ప్రమోషన్‌లో భాగంగా ఏర్పాటు చేసిన ప్రత్యేక బస్సు దావోస్‌ వీధుల్లో ముందునుంచీ తిరుగుతూనే ఉంది. దానికి తోడు ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ పెవిలియన్‌కు రావాలనే పిలుపుతో భారీగా హోర్డింగ్స్‌ ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. ఇవి దావోస్‌ సమావేశాల్లో పాల్గొన్న ఇతరులతోపాటు ఇండియానుంచి వెళ్లిన కేంద్ర మంత్రులు నిర్మలా సీతారామన్‌, నితిన్‌ గడ్కరీలను కూడా ఆకర్షించాయి. గడ్కరీ దావోస్‌లో చంద్రబాబును కలిశారు. ప్రముఖ బస్సుల ఉత్పత్తి సంస్థ వోల్వో బసెస్‌ అధ్యక్షుడు హకన్‌ ఆగ్నేవాల్‌ కూడా సీఎంను కలిశారు.
