sonykongara Posted July 6, 2017 Author Share Posted July 6, 2017 పోలవరం పనులకు తొలగిన అడ్డంకి దిల్లీ: ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ జీవనాడిగా పేర్కొంటున్న పోలవరం ప్రాజెక్టు నిర్మాణ పనులకు అడ్డంగి తొలగింది. ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు పనుల్ని మరో ఏడాది పాటు కొనసాగించుకునేందుకు కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఈ రోజు అనుమతులు జారీచేసింది. 2018 జులై వరకు పనుల కొనసాగింపునకు కేంద్ర జలవనరుల శాఖ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసింది. 2015లో ఒడిశా, ఛత్తీస్‌గఢ్‌ రాష్ట్రాల అభ్యంతరాల మేరకు పోలవరం పనులను ఆపాలని కేంద్రం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీచేసిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. పోలవరాన్ని జాతీయ ప్రాజెక్టుగా ప్రకటించడం, అలాగే దానికయ్యే ప్రతి పైసానూ కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వమే భరిస్తుండటంతో ఈ ప్రాజెక్టు పనుల్ని నిలిపివేయడం మంచిది కాదని జలవనరుల శాఖ అభిప్రాయపడినట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. ఇప్పటికే.. త్వరితగతిన ఈ ప్రాజెక్టును పూర్తిచేయాలని కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి, కేంద్ర జలవనరులశాఖకు ఏపీ సీఎం చంద్రబాబు పలుమార్లు విజ్ఞప్తి చేశారు. ఈ నెల 1తో గడువు ముగియడంతో దాన్ని వచ్చే ఏడాది జులై 2 వరకు పనుల్ని నిరాటంకంగా కొనసాగించే దిశగా గడువు పొడిస్తూ కేంద్ర జలవనరుల శాఖ కార్యదర్శి గురువారం ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేయడంతో పోలవరం పనులకు అడ్డంకి తొలగినట్టయింది. sonykongara Posted July 6, 2017 Author Share Posted July 6, 2017 పోలవరం అంచనా వ్యయం 46వేల కోట్లు! అమరావతి, జూలై 5(ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): పోలవరం అంచనా వ్యయం రూ.46వేల కోట్లకు చేరుతుందని జలవనరుల శాఖ అంచనా వేస్తోంది. కేంద్ర జలవనరుల శాఖమంత్రి ఉమాభారతి సూచనల మేరకు ప్రాజెక్టు అథారిటీతో కలసి రాష్ట్ర జలవనరుల శాఖ ఇంజనీరింగ్‌ అధికారులు అంచనాలను సవరించే పనిలో నిమగ్నమయ్యారు. 2013 భూసేకరణ చట్టం అమల్లో ఉన్నందున భూపరిహారం, సహాయ, పునరావాస కార్యక్రమాలకే అత్యధికంగా 32,000కోట్లు వ్యయమవుతుందని, ప్రధాన పనులకు మరో 14,000కోట్ల వరకూ అవసరమని జల వనరులశాఖ వర్గాలు చెబుతున్నాయి. MH state cm yemathram kasta padakunda anthakante yekkuva accelerated irrigation kinda yecharu. So far center govt has not given any special relief compared to any other state in the country. According to the costs in 2013-14, the project will be costing a whopping 48000 Crore. Rehabilitation and Relief alone will cost 34000-35000 Crore which will is in accordance to 2013 Land Acquisition Act. Previous estimations of the project are 16010 Crore only. Dam and Canal works complete cheste half storage chesina (this reduces land acquisition cost drastically) huge benefit vuntundi. probably better spend that money lifting water from Prakasam/vykunthapuram barrages in to Sagar right canal.
