RK Beach
Two decades ago, this was a rarely visited spot but now RK Beach it is a different story. Come here for a morning jog or just chill out with your friends in the evening for some good cart food. Not the best for swimming but certainly a hot spot among locals.

Palm Beach
RK Beach leads on to Palm Beach, which is quieter and ends up as VUDA Park (Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authority). It’s perfect for picnics and a lazy day out.

Yarada Beach
Now this is your place for a dip in calm azure waters.  Half an hour’s drive from Vizag this is where you can spend a good day on this private beach. Bring your food because you’ll need it after a long swim in the sea!

Rushikonda Beach
Rushikonda Beach, 20 kilometers away from Visakhapatnam is smaller and more secluded beach. Spend the entire day on clean stretch of sand and let the waters touch your toes. Swimming is forbidden here due to the strong currents. Look out for Dolphin’s Nose – a natural rock structure that will capture your interest!

OTHER BEACHES YOU MUST VISIT
Bheemili beach: 25 kilometers north of Vizag or 45 minutes away. It’s peaceful and good for children
Kalingapatnam Beach: Two and a half hours from Vizag. The water here is blue and beach peaceful, but there’s little else, so go well-armed with food and water.
