I too working in one of these companies since 10 years, indeed its my very first company ..

 

Good and escaping employees are everywhere ..learning scope .. Job security .. Travel oppurtunities are more in these kind of complaines ..

 

Bottom line :we are getting paid to serve their purpose ..eventually everything is tied to business ...people survive when their employer does better business .. Else should be smart enough to save ourselves by switching to safer n better companies

Ee companies lo minimum 10+ hours chestharu

Not talking about ppl who escape from work .

Nenu us lo unnappudu h1 localities (contractors ) tho work , they are no where close to company associates in technical skills

There are ppl away from tech stream by doing some junk (called managerial activities ) , you might have seen those ppl

as you said earlier... employees might be busy with doing work (might not related to their position-junk work), but job change ayyetappudu doola teriddi...

 

recently  architect position ki interviews chusthunte... 80% are not even worth senior engineers.

one more thing i observed in witch companies...

 

most of the managers are hopeless ... they are in that position by experience but not by skills...

 

so employees need to take care of certain things (where managers suppose  to do that job).. idi valla work meeda effect chupisthundi

They explore more while working and forced to learn new things to over come ongoing issues

 

upto 4-5 years, it's ok to learn technology and work immediatly (floating on the surface)... real pain starts if they aross 8 years..

 

they know so many technologies but not in depth (floating on the surface)

My experience .. I'm not generalizing ..

 

If you want to survive or planning longer career in US .. Constantly update your technical skills ..

 

North Indians / Tamil are quite more in number in manager ( leading position) ..

 

at the end of the day, don't blame company... if company don't need you, they through out like a shit ...

School level nunche free-thinking alavatu cheyyakunda marks/ranks kosam ruddhesthuntaru parents and teachers. Gumpu lo vunde vadu gorre avvatanike chance vuntundhi. Not many can learn managing easily.
