Don't forget the clip is not posted by CHSRK  (he normally posts very length videos). Also note the point mentioned by CHSRK on percentages which is also mentioned by the engineer. Chivarlo edho chepparu that AP state is paying for excess graffitee and TG for under grafittee (which seems to be for under utilisation of power given to them). AP lo Kothagaa Industry Clusters Vizag, Rayalaseema, Praksam lo vachhina saripada power next year kalla produce cheyyochhu.  KChiR/T Govt. asking for PPAs in these Plants but AP Govt. Rejected, he discussed with Hinduja but without AP Govt/AP ERC approval it will not happen. if these power plants are used for AP completely AP will be surplus by next year.
