bros, land rates towards guntur in amaravathi mandal lo ela vunnayi, also nallapadu and lam daggara konte paristhithi ela vuntadi, please advice.

calling ntr_tdp_ntr... Please advice, anyone frm gnt plz throw some light on nallapadu, Lam and help me out

in fact family wants to spend on plots in Lam and nallapadu, it is being said that these two areas are bit less in cost wise and would have good future.

 

But Want to know the ground reality.

Amaravathi mandal lo Acre starts at 30l to 4 C depending upon the road and the last fields ---- Lam lo already vigorous gha ventures vesaru and average sales ippudu 5k plus undhee square yard -- nallapadu would be good choice always irrespective of capital zone and there acres lo levu/nobody are willing to sell and in near future ikkada kuda vigorous gha ventures start avvuthayee and u will get square yard starting 7-8k to 15k depending on the location --- 

 

Wait for 1-2 months because there will be huge ventures coming - and not just lam or nallapadu u can examine many places then  - options inkha perughuthayee -- once the capital center zone is announced dhaniki 30Km raduis lo any where u can invest if u are planning to buy plots -- 

 

Right now buying plots in lam and nallapadu is good choice but if u can wait for 2 months u can get many more options --

Thanks ntr_tdp_ntr n ramsid, nakenduko irrespective of capital gnt n vij rendu manchiga develop avuthayi ani feeling, ee sudden boom ni aapakapothe aa capitol theesukelli vere vullo pedatharemo.

There is an wrong notation in the market about the high rates --- main roads lo unnayee and some places in particular - high rates are there ..... but still lot to explore and new area's to rise and correction will take place ---
