:)

nararupa rakshasudaina ysr ni 30-40 years ga sideline chesi handle chesedu CBN. May be you forgot what it was like a year ago and what CBN was doing.

Sometimes, issues are complicated and I don't expect a person like CBN to give a knee jerk reaction to KCR. Its only been about a month ... let CBN do his job. Have some faith and trust him. We're talking like Jagan in assembly ... meaningless rhetoric.

Guess what, whether they like it or not ... Jagan and the toilet cleaning batch have to live with it for another LONG 5 years ... AND MORE :)

You beautifully summarized CBNs mindset, my friend.

Manadi kaadu anokotam enthasepu? It takes a mindset, vision and heart to be inclusive.

That's exactly the difference between CBN and KCR.

True! KCR weak areas and ill mottos ni expose cheyyali ani expect cheyyatam lo tappu ledhu but that shouldn't make life difficult for TG public be it power or any other issue!

He is definitely matured enough to handle it and don't forget that he also has millions of supporters and cadre in TG too!

TRS may have come into power but kudos to CBN that he could keep cadre and future of the party intact in both areas!

It has been one month since he came to power and to this day there is no clarity on what he is going to do except for making trips to Delhi, after all it is he who promised so many things stating that he understands the situation and has the solution. Meeting RBI governor is not the solution as he [Dr.Raghuram Rajan] has rightly been against waiver of loans.

No one expects a miracle in such a short period, but at least he has to show his route map of the development agenda with time frames, there is no clarity except for repeating what he he has been saying before elections.

And capital between Vij & Gtr....I wonder from where did he get the idea!

It's a very humongous job ahead of him! We are expecting high rise buildings where there is nothing( neither the ground not the brick and sand) !

Atleast a month has to pass to see what is going to happen!

BTW don't think that nothing is happening! Many things are going in the background! You can expect an announcement next week on a major aspect!

Things like projects and all, they are being kept a highly confidential as they don't want to have a situation where prices would double at a place where there is nothing!

If that was the scenario, he wouldn't be harping on the capital location, the prices have shot up astronomically in krishna & guntur. And as for secrecy, why? who is going to gain? all that he has done is magnify the confusion.

A intensive exercise is going on discretely and that is related to the land availability at various places and areas where they have to acquire land!

As per the output of this task, they are going to hike the market value of land by many fold to discourage the real estate deals and of course the main motto( get as much revenue as possible on stamp& registration dept)

If you have any contacts, just enquire!

Discretion is the last word in the present Govt's dictionary! as for revenue from real estate transaction, I don't think it would even be sufficient to lay good roads and then you also contradict your self by stating that "to discourage the real estate deals ", if that is the case then where is the question of revenue generation?

What i meant by real estate deals is the artificial hype and skyrocketing of prices near places where investments and project are in pipeline or being planned! Serious investors and buyers would always be doing the business and revenue as a whole is from the whole state!

And about the word discrete, very few members knew the decision of the retirement age being increased!

This was promised to the Govt employees before elections and there was wide coverage.

Yes but the time was crucial! Not many knew until it was announced. They acted upon immediately as they otherwise would have ended up paying huge money in retirement benefits!

Not sure of what exactly it is  but there were some legal issues in doing so it seems and if it would have been a well publicised task, they would have ended up in legal delays!
