God’s Bank account

When you serve God, you expect a clear expression of the grace of God and this is not good. Suppose you are given a cash award of one lakh rupees (1 billion $) for your service, you will spend it lavishly and suffer after some time. If you do not expect the cash award, that amount is invested in the bank of God and you are constantly getting one thousand rupees (1000 $) as interest in every month. Your principle is safe and will be spent by God whenever there is an emergent need. When you do not expect any clear fruit from God, God implements this system.

In this system the result of your service is not clear because there is no emergency. But if you do not aspire for any trace of fruit from God even in the deeper plane of your heart, the system is completely different, in which there is no account like between the father and his son. Without any account the father will naturally spend for the requirement. When Droupadi ( a female devotee at the time of Lord Krishna) tore a peace of cloth from her sari for the sake of bleeding wound of Krishna, there is no account in this bond because Droupadi never aspired for even a trace of fruit in return. She did not even recollect this incident when Duhssaana dragged her sari in the court.
