As every body knows NTR and MGR are the demigod of AP and Tamilanadu respectively. NTR launched new party and come to the power with in 9 months which is a history where as MGR joined DK party.. DK was split into AIDMK and DMK
NTR and MGR share the great rapport. There is one example to support there friendship.
Once the assembly elections were conducted when MGR underwent heart surgery in U.S. MGR contested from hospital. NTR successfully campaigned in tamilnadu during MGR in hospital.

NTR is 200% deserved for Bharata Ratna award. we have to admit tha fact that CBN did not influence center govt for bharata Ratna to NTR when TDP supported BJP in center as well as third front.

NTR is more popular person. He belongs to the GANDHI , INDIARA GANDHI and J.P (old politician) league whose influence is heavy on mass people.

NTR transformed the politics in india. There was no strong opposition till NTR comes into the politics. He brought all parties under the same umbrella and introduced national front concept in india and headed the nation front some time.
He did not get the due respect in center due to congress.
