People thought any loan given to Power companies and infra companies is good. After few years there was excess capacity and demand normalised. Companies couldn't payback loans.
Ex: even today we have excess capacity in coal power plants. We didn't add much in the last 10 years.
Builders thought any housing project will be sold and assumed demand will come. 
Govt pressure + wrong assessment of demand ledu to the crisis.
LIC profit last year: 36,000 cr
Adani exposure: 63,000 cr.
Shares lo profit realise avakunda Ela cheptaru. Can LIC sell off without asking bodiya at CMP. Even time correction ayina LIC will be at a loss.

It is a decent company with good brands such as Fortune, Kohinoor etc some soaps as well. Basically they need money to pay off debt. Hindenburg fiasco tarvata their QIP failed and they badly need money
They will have to sell some assets. ITC etc are interested to buy Adani's share in AWL. If this happens, may be ITC will acquire the remaining stake also from the other promoter and merge the company with itself.

He focusses on BJP ruled states or where BJP has stake only because development is not their priority. Winning elections is their priority.
Article 370, Triple talak etc are long standing objectives of RSS and BJP. Long way to go. They have got a majority and they did it. We also supported BJP in 2014 and even during Vajpayee regime.
Infra has to improve in India. Is there any other option for India. Whoever comes to power has to focus on Infra. But this fellow prioritized bullet train in Gujarat. What about DFC in south india? What did south india get other than highways. And most of these highway contractors are their men. 
What does Lakshwadeep have to promote tourism. As of now there is no decent airport also. Lakshwadeep is too small compared to Andaman, which is huge. We could have developed tourism if govt had the will. 10 years is not a small time. He was too busy developing his home state?
