I meant international university as they have so much of funds and attract talent (both students and professors) from around the world. Also research is given importance. Quality of education is lacking in most of our institutions. Placements etc might be good but in reality the quality of education provided is very bad. If there wan an audit on all the faculty in India currently especially higher degrees, I believe 90% wouldn't make the cut. Good talent wouldn't take up teaching as profession in the current situation.
