Free Cycles for Girl Students in Andhra Pradesh  

A request from a girl in Mahanadu, is approved by Andhra Pradesh Cabinet Yesterday. A young girl in her speech in Mahanadu, requested Chief Minister to give free cycles to girl students. She has recollected that, while she was studying, she has got free cycle from then TDP government and she used to go on to school and cycle. Now she has completed here PG. She, requested to implement this again, so that many girl students can use this opportunity to study in the schools. The dropout rate among the girls was high as the parents are not willing to send their wards to schools outside their village without a proper mode of transport.
As this is also one of the TDP promises in 2014 elections, AP Cabinet yesterday has decided to distribute bicycles to girl students studying in government, aided and municipal schools.
  The government plans to implement the scheme in all 13 districts, and as many as 1.80 lakh girl students will be benefited.

International Strategies for Shooting at Amaravati


Amaravati has been attracting many investors, industries, projects since it has been declared to be the Capital of Andhra Pradesh. International TV channel National Geographic, have also been brought to Amaravati due to its vigorous development and the history.

The channel officials have consulted the Commissioner of AP development authority to talk upon the documentary that the channel planned to film on the dream city Amaravati. The title for the documentary has been proposed to be “The super city of Amaravati”.

The film would include the interview of CM Chandra Babu Naidu discussing his vision and strategies to make the city one of the most developed one of the world. The budget of the film is estimated to be about 80 Lakhs of rupees. The shooting is planned to be conducted for 60 days and to cover the development and other aspects of the city from the origin to the opening in 2019.

  వ్యవసాయానికి సంపూర్ణ సాయం.. ఇదే ప్రభుత్వ తొలి లక్ష్యం ఒకవైపు సాగు నీటి పథకాలు .. మరోవైపు సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలు అందరికీ సంక్రాంతి శుభాకాంక్షలు.. సీఎం చంద్రబాబు బహిరంగ లేఖ   అమరావతి, జనవరి 12(ఆంధ్రజ్యోతి): ‘‘సాగు సాగాలి. ఆధునిక సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో అధిక దిగుబడులు సాధించాలి. నా రైతు ఇంట సిరులు పండాలి. ఈ ధ్యేయంతోనే నా ప్రభుత్వం నిరంతరం పనిచేస్తోంది. పోలవరం సాగునీటి ప్రాజెక్టు పనులు ప్రారంభించాం. పట్టిసీమ పథకంతో నదుల అనుసంధానంలో నూతన అధ్యాయానికి తెరతీశాం. రాయలసీమలోనూ నీరు పారించే భగీరథ ప్రయత్నం చేస్తున్నాం. వీటితో పాటు.. పగటిపూటే రైతుకు ఉచితంగా వ్యవసాయానికి 7 గంటలు నిరంతర విద్యుతను అందిస్తున్నాం. వ్యవసాయమే రాష్ట్ర ఆర్థిక సుస్థిరతకు మూలాధారం. రాష్ట్ర సర్వతోముఖాభివృద్ధికి దోహదపడే రైతన్నకు సంక్రాం తి శుభాకాంక్షలు. తెలుగువారందరికీ సంక్రాంతి శుభాకాంక్షలు’’ అని సీఎం చంద్రబాబు పేర్కొన్నారు. సంక్రాంతిని పురస్కరించుకుని రైతులను ఉద్దేశించి చంద్రబాబు బహిరంగ లేఖ రాశారు. సీఎం లేఖ యథాతథ పాఠం..     ‘‘రాష్ట్ర విభజనతో ప్రధానంగా నష్టపోయింది రైతన్నలే. సాగునీటి కష్టాలు మొదలయ్యాయి. వాటిని పరిష్కరించడమే ధ్యేయంగా భావించాను. పెండింగ్‌ సాగునీటి పథకాలను పూర్తి చేయడంతో పాటు.. భూగర్భ జలాలను పెంచేందుకు చర్యలు చేపట్టాను. పొలంలోనే రైతులు కుంటలు తవ్వి భూగర్భ జలాలు పెంచుకునేలా కార్యక్రమాన్ని చేపట్టాం. కరువు జిల్లా అనంతపురం రైతుల నీటి కష్టాలు తీర్చేందుకు రెయిన్‌గన్స్‌ను అందుబాటులోకి తెచ్చాం. వీటికి తోడు విద్యుత సంస్థలు రైతులకు ఎల్లవేళలా స్నేహహస్తం అందించేలా కార్యాచరణను రూపొందించాం. 2015-16లో రాష్ట్ర వ్యవసాయోత్పత్తిలో 25% వృద్ధిరేటు సాధించింది. రూ.37,000 విలువజేసే ఒక్కో పంపుసెట్‌నూ రైతుకు ఉచితంగా అందిస్తున్నాం. రాష్ట్రంలో వ్యవసాయానికి 7 గంటల నిరంతరం విద్యుత కోసం రూ.3180 కోట్ల సబ్సిడీని ఇచ్చాం.   రాయలసీమలో వ్యవసాయానికి 24 గంటల విద్యుతను అందజేశాం. పొలం పిలుస్తోంది, చంద్రన్న రైతు క్షేత్రాలు, భూసార-భూగర్భ జలాల పరిరక్షణ, రుణ మాఫీ, వడ్డీ లేని రైతు రుణాలు, వ్యవసాయ బీమా వంటి పథకాలను అమలు చేస్తున్నాం. ఎమ్మెల్యే అధ్యక్షతన సబ్‌స్టేషన్‌ వారీ కమిటీని వేసి.. విద్యుత సరఫరా తీరును ఎప్పటికప్పుడు సమీక్షిస్తున్నాం. ‘మీట్‌ అండ్‌ గ్రీట్‌’ కార్యక్రమం ద్వారా ప్రతి రైతునూ ఇంధన సంస్థల ఉద్యోగి కలిసేలా చర్యలు తీసుకు న్నాం. రైతు బాగుంటేనే రాష్ట్రం బాగుంటుంది. వృద్ధి రేటులో దూసుకుపోతుందని బలీయంగా విశ్వసిస్తాను. రైతు సంక్షేమమే ప్రభుత్వ ధ్యేయం.’’
