always PE is not the only criteria- you need understand at times PE acts not only as a tangible technical indicator it carries non--tangible valuation- like expectation on management team of the company. 
if you observe they are not delivering good or decent enough results from last 4-5 quarters but still PE is high , why?
Before you buy a stock dont go only by technical indicators or analysis done by few analysts but you need to understand overall business model of the company and path laid down for that industry for next 3-to 5years. 

Salzer was mentioned by me few weeks ago in this thread only but when it comes to deliverables the best part lies with BB 

in general i am person who try to study the company in a very detailed way - about their fundamentals, business model,management nature, i used to attend all con-calls for the stocks i invested and i used to study that particular industry also.
But i was not thinking from the market side , like what is the market's perception about that company/industry or market's perception on market itself-more over i have chosen those three companies in much advance to the market reactions or it's observance towards that three companies 
And unfortunately two of those three companies have declared negative quarterly results back to back thats it.. those two stocks have rallied back to their life time low levels, and my monetary assets have been evaporated to the level of 80% and i didnt calculated the interest rate on the same.. as it is my cash-money.
