    pull up is tough job as you have to lift your entire weight, it may take some time and have patience. 

    diet lo on average 10 eggs(some days 5 , 10 , 15) , one whole egg remaining egg whites tinevaadini . 15 eggs tine timings 5 eggs morning break fast , 5 eggs around 3 pm to 4 pm(in office) ,  5 eggs with dinner.
