trying to run 5 miles/day.... as of now 3-4 mile and then doing the gluten and bicep n hammer curls abdomen pushups reverse crunches latpulls leg extension squats .... doing a combo of these.... have to see how log it takes for me to get to run 5 miles consistently.... only worry now is the heart rate... its kind of worrying the breath when running at highspeed on the threadmill...i have to get back to 160's to be normal which is bringing down the run speed....any advice on that let me know.
