  1. White rice complete ga tagginchalsina avasaram ledu - GI index of white rice is very high but when it is consumed with vegs fats protein etc like we do, it's GI index wud go down n is similar to any other carbs - so just reduce like we shud do with any other carbs but don't avoid

    Having oats instead..
